Italian shoe designer Casadei chose Mayfair London, to make its UK debut. Located amongst the likes of Paul Smith and Alexander Wang, the flagship store has been executed to the highest of standards.

GBIS’ delivery of the fire, security, CCTV and audio systems had to be seamless, and perform to the highest standards. The team did not disappoint and the systems were installed without a hitch and to the exacting standards that one would only expect in a high end, luxurious boutique.

This luxury super home is a fantastic 1,675sqm / 18,000ft new build, six bed / six bath residence, offering highly efficient ultra-modern and contemporary specifications.

Employing an upside down concept, this fantastic dwelling is a real credit to all the team at GB Integrated Systems Ltd. Responsible for the design and installation of the fire, security, lighting, AV, automation and data systems, GBIS were challenged with co-ordinating all of the third party systems and bringing them together into one user-friendly Control4 interface. GBIS succeeded and the result is a highly functional system which is simple for the end user but ensures that all the systems work seamlessly behind the scenes.

Daisy Communications in Lancashire gets a whole New IP CCTV System

Daisy is a leading independent communications provider and it was at their head office in Nelson, Lancashire where GBIS were called to upgrade their existing analogue CCTV system to an IP HD CCTV system. GBIS worked with the IT team at Daisy to ensure that the upgrade was carried out seamlessly, with little disruption to both the work place and the CCTV system as a whole.

Upgrading the system has meant that the security team at Daisy can now retain the footage for longer periods of time enhanced by the facility to automatically back up the footage to a network attached storage (NAS) device, which means that the footage can be archived and accessed at a later date. The new IP system also allows registered users to sign in via an app on their mobile device and view live and recorded footage whilst on the go.

The whole system is backed up by external detection compliant to BS8418 and public address for remote monitoring by our third party RVRC provider to ensure the site is protected at all times.

Epic CCTV installation and monitoring for High end Apart hotel chain

EPIC Apart Hotel offers a luxury alternative to city centre hotels and has a vast selection of luxury apartment accommodation throughout Liverpool. GB Integrated Systems Ltd were contacted directly by EPIC to supply and install modifications to the existing IP CCTV systems at four of their existing city centre locations. All of which are monitored from their 24/7 HQ utilising HikVision’ Video Management Software. Team GBIS have ensured that other sites as they come on board can easily be added to the ever growing portfolio.

On completion of the works, EPIC signed up for annual maintenance contracts at each of their sites meaning that the systems are kept in optimum working order, whilst also giving peace of mind through the knowledge that any technical support is only a phone call away.

Conker Corner improved living with Control4

Conker Corner, situated on the outskirts of Colne Lancashire, previously consisted of a modest kitchen separate from the main living and dining room. After an extensive program of works the home now embraces a generous open plan space, perfect for living, dining and entertaining.

The homeowners’ ultimate aim was to create an area which made family life easier and more comfortable. With this in mind, GBIS were tasked to design and install the lighting control, AV, automation and security systems.
After careful design and consideration, and by installing technology from leading brands such as Control4, Rako and Texecom, the homeowner was delighted with the result and commented: ‘ GBIS provided fully bespoke and personalised systems to suit our daily requirements. Another Seafood transformation at The Inn Harrogate

The Inn South Stainley, previously known as The Red Lion one of the latest acquisitions by The Seafood Pub Company. Situated in a prime location on the A61 between Ripon and Harrogate, The Seafood Pub Company spotted the potential and once the sale had been agreed immediately began an extensive program of refurbishment works. They approached us, for a full design and budget and we set to work on the fire, security, data, AV and lighting control systems without delay.

The job wasn’t without its challenges and with a limited turnaround time it meant all hands on deck, but with sheer hard work and determination, the works were completed on time and within budget. Just some of the systems installed were Honeywell Analogue Addressable fire alarm, monitored Intruder alarm, Nexan’s data backbone, Hikvision CCTV, ACT Access Control, Pro Audiovisual systems, and Rako lighting control.

The transformation from old to new is astonishing and a testament to the Seafood brand.

Established over 50 years ago, B & M Hendersons are one of Lancashire’s leading roofing suppliers with a great understanding and knowledge of the ever changing roofing market, whilst supplying top quality roofing materials.

With the rise in property development and the increased stock levels required to support such an industry it was time to get tough on security and B&M Henderson were not shy in doing so. Owner operator Mark Henderson is known for his no nonsense approach and needed a local supplier who could advise him honestly. He employed GB Integrated Systems to design, supply, install, maintain and monitor: Intruder alarms, CCTV, Perimiter detection, and public address system.

All systems comply with the latest BSEN standards for both installation and monitoring and therefore accessible 24/7 from anywhere n the world for that extra peace of mind.

After witnessing one of the largest fires in recent times at Jayplas Leicester, the Company Directors took immediate steps to increase the security and visibility of their operations and assets at all sites. One of the first jobs that GBIS was appointed to undertake was the installation of more than 40 Axis IP cameras across the Derby site. This comprised of Axis P3343VE, Axis P1343, and Axis M1054 all of which are POE and powered from a Netgear Gigabit POE switch’s across the site. The live streaming and event recording medium is all down to HP Client servers running the latest Milestone corporate client Video Management software. GBIS were finally tasked to incorporate “Hosted Video Surveillance” on the 10 most important external cameras so that the client and their security had 24/7 accessibility from anywhere in the world with offsite event recording and notifications. All elements of GBIS’s work was completed with care, on time and within budget.

Thanks to the recommendation of a previous client, team GBIS were contacted by the owners of a this luxury residential property which was in the early stages of development. After several design and budget meetings with the client, the deal was done and GBIS were given a remit to design, supply, install and commission the full turnkey solution for electrical and mechanical services, but not least the fire, security, home automation, audio visual, and lighting control systems.

This state of the art build benefits from Control4 home automation, lighting control, audio distribution and video intercom. The in-wall touch screens and portable devices, allow easy control at the touch of a button from anywhere in the home. Control4 was chosen as it seamlessly integrates all of the above elements whilst still being simple to use by family & friends.

As a result the homeowners are delighted with the end results and are now enjoying the many luxuries that a fully integrated Smart Home can offer.

Chinese Dining, Up a notch.

The Yu family have been cooking for many decades, first opening Yu & You in Horwich in 1989, followed by Copster Green in 2004 with their most recent addition of Yu in Alderley Edge. A restaurant that takes Chinese dining up another notch to compete with the country’s finest establishments. Throughout the restaurant, the design team’s vision was to combine opulent dark interiors with iconic dimmed blue lighting to create a highly sophisticated dining environment. GB Integrated Systems remit was to supply, install & commission the fire, intruder, CCTV, and lighting control systems. Team GBIS coordinated carefully with the design team in order to deliver a project which created a highly sophisticated dining experience where all the services were effectively hidden whilst still being fully functionable. The project was completed on time and within budget with the end result being a suave eatery, which glows with cool, contemporary lighting.
