System monitoring allows for fire, CCTV and intruder alarm systems to be remotely monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In the event of a alarm activation, the alarm receiving centre (ARC) immediately notifies nominated key holders, if confirmed and where agreed in advance the appropriate emergency response team.
